How we really feel about it,

At Structure Studios, we don’t have much use for stuffy corporate hierarchy charts patented back in 1885. We don’t place a value on the contributions of the individual based on a person’s title. We make our products for everyone, so everyone’s opinion counts.

We expand this philosophy to our whole way of working. While our work environment is structured, we don’t limit Team Members based on job title or department. Each day is built on an open and creative framework. Our goal is to attract talented people from all sorts of backgrounds with all sorts of skills (like a really good Rock Band drummer for instance).

To provide the best service to our Members, we use the full resources of our company and Team Members. Therefore we actively seek the best people to join our team. This in turn allows us to produce the best products and provide the best support and training to our global client base. Our goal is to make the people who use our products feel like Members of one big family. Every time we support a Member, we want that Member to feel they received the best support possible.

How we got here, the whole story

It pays to do your homework, really it does. Back in the last century, around 1999 or so, Structure Studios’ founder Noah Nehlich was trying to complete a homework assignment to create a network layout. Instead of drawing another boring flat diagram, Noah decided to model the entire thing in 3D. His class and everyone else who saw it was blown away. More than just getting a good grade, Noah had stumbled onto something unique. People love 3D.

The real problem was, making things in 3D was not easy. You had to know how to use difficult software programs and spend a lot of time working at it. Noah didn’t quite know how he was going to do it, but he knew he needed something more, he needed “Instant 3D,” that way everyone could create in 3D. Thus Structure Studios was born and started making easy to use Pool Studio. The world smiled.

Today, Structure Studios has lots of Team Members and big fancy offices. It has this snazzy website and a whole bunch of great resources to make sure everyone can succeed using its products.
