Screenshots taken in the "Presentation Mode" will suit this requirement. If you need a top down screenshot showing materials then in Presentation Mode Menu (press "ESC" on keyboard) select the "Fly Mode" (or hit the "F" key on your keyboard) and then maneuver the camera to directly above the pool and look straight down. Take a screenshot from this position and angle by either pressing "ESC" and selecting "Take a Picture" or by hitting the "P" key on your keyboard.

In version 1.500 and above, you can go to File at the top of the screen, and then select View My Content. Select View My Screenshots to see the folder with the pictures.

The other location is by going to "My Computer", then your "C: Drive", or Local Disk. Then open the "Structure Studios" folder, then the "Pool Studio" folder. (Direct path for advanced users is C:\StructureStudios\PoolStudio ) There you can find your saved files in the "Screenshots" folder.
