Place a Membership on a Brief Hold

Your Membership can be placed on hold for up to 3 months.

Monthly accounts may be placed on hold for up to 3 consecutive months for a small fee that is charged each month the account remains on hold. During this time, design access is paused, but your account, settings, and project data are preserved so you can resume your work quickly when you return. You can remove the hold and reactivate your subscription at any time from your Member Panel.

Yearly subscriptions cannot be placed on hold. In addition, accounts with multiple licenses are not eligible for hold; the hold option is only available for single‑user monthly accounts.

To place an eligible account on hold, log in to the Member Panel and begin the process to cancel your single monthly license. If your account meets the hold requirements, a hold offer — including details on the monthly hold fee and duration — will be presented to you before you complete the cancellation. You can then confirm the hold instead of fully canceling your subscription.
